As the culinary artist, Chef Ramon Antonio, comes in and heads the Filipino section of Cucina kitchen, his love for art and food is combined with his wide array of authentic and modern dishes. Chef Ramon carefully prepares his dishes through sketching them first in a canvas, and later on working his magic in the kitchen, coming up with creative and scrumptious and savory favorites every Filipino loves.

With the week-long celebration of the cuisine, discover the amazing art that goes through cooking a contemporary take on Filipino dishes from August 22 to 31, for lunch and dinner buffet. Start your appetite with Kinilaw Bisaya, Biyaring, and Ginataang Santol, for starters. Soft and tender Cochinillo will take the center-stage for at the carving station, together with the Adobong Karnero. The grills will be heated for meat and seafood such as Tadyang sa Sampalok, Sugpo sa Aligue, and Inasal na Manok. Chef Ramon’s dishes will never be complete without his signature dishes Kalderata’ng Karnero, and Adobong Imus. Top off that sweet Filipino experience with desserts such as Tibok-Tibok (Buffalo Milk Bavaroise with Pandan Glaze), and Bacolod’s famous Napoleones sa Pandan.

Through his experience in different Michelin-starred restaurants, and world-class experience from around the globe, Chef Ramon will be sharing his expertise through a master cooking demo, featuring Filipino classic, on August 26, 10AM, at Vu’s Sky Bar and Lounge. Guests can enjoy this for Php 1,500 per person, which is inclusive of a lunch buffet at Cucina after.
