To get started, Postpaid customers simply need to download the The Globe At Home app on the Google Play Store or App Store, and register their Globe At Home account number or landline number on the app.

1. Conveniently manage your Globe At Home account
The Globe At Home app can show you all you need to know about your account, all in one glance. This includes your account number, your total outstanding bill, remaining data allowance and your total data allowance. And speaking of tracking your data allowance…
2. Data Duck shows how much data you have!
Simply go to the account dashboard to meet Data Duck, your companion in monitoring your data usage. Data Duck goes up and down the meter to show how much data you have as you use it. By seeing how much data you have consumed, you can plan and manage your remaining data allocation.
3. Add more data with Volume Boost
Adding more data is easy with just a tap on the app! Simply tap on “Get More Data” on the account dashboard screen, choose from the available volume boost options, tap “Subscribe” then “Proceed”. Your volume boost subscription will automatically be charged to your next bill.
